Product Manager (Big Data & AI)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Big Data & AI): Driving the ideation, development, and adoption of internal Big Data products with an accent on data-driven business transformation and stakeholder engagement. Focus on managing the full product lifecycle from discovery and PoCs to production-ready AI and analytics solutions.

Location: Remote (Ukraine), with the possibility to visit the office.

What you will do

• Promote Big Data capabilities and identify data-driven opportunities across internal business units.
• Facilitate product discovery activities, including brainstorming and design thinking sessions.
• Own and maintain the roadmap and backlog for internal Big Data initiatives.
• Define product vision, business requirements, and success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end development of prototypes, PoCs, and production-ready products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting.
• Proven experience managing digital, analytics, or AI-driven products throughout the lifecycle.
• Strong skills in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap management.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data, Data Science, or Machine Learning products.
• Background in telecommunications, CRM/CVM, MarTech, or digital products.
