TL;DR
Technical Product Manager (AI): Leading discovery and delivery for a live consumer platform and AI media-analysis products with an accent on user research, technical workflows, APIs, data flows, and product experimentation. Focus on translating evidence into MVPs and requirements, collaborating with engineering on AI and media capabilities, and improving onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention.
Location: 100% remote, candidates must be based in Poland. Full-time availability is required, with dependable overlap for working sessions with the US East Coast team and user interviews.
Salary: Up to 30 USD net per hour.

What you will do
- Plan and conduct product discovery with creators, users, prospective customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Synthesize interviews, usage signals, and market research into problem statements, user journeys, opportunities, and priorities.
- Partner with design and engineering to explore solutions, define MVPs, sketch flows, and make trade-offs.
- Translate product decisions into design briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering on dependencies, APIs, data flows, AI and media capabilities, privacy, and reliability.
- Test releases, measure adoption and friction, and improve onboarding, engagement, monetization, and retention.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years owning product discovery and delivery for a software product.
- Technical fluency in architecture, implementation choices, APIs, and data flows.
- Strong user interviewing, synthesis, product judgment, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to write precise requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering and design.
- Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Must be based in Poland and available full-time for US East Coast overlap.
Nice to have
- Experience with consumer social or community products, creator tools, media workflows, subscriptions, monetization, or AI-assisted products.
