Salary: €58,500–€66,000

What you will do
- Provide second and third-line technical support for TWINSCAN systems during factory production and customer installation.
- Solve complex technical disturbances related to Dose Control, Reticle Masking, Projection, and Illumination.
- Lead technical escalations and coordinate stakeholders to ensure rapid resolution of system disturbances.
- Identify structural problems and implement permanent countermeasures to improve overall delivery performance.
- Transfer technical knowledge to Execution and Quick Response teams to increase local solving power.
- Proactively implement process and technical improvements during non-escalation periods.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Automotive, or Aerospace.
- Experience in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem analysis of products and processes.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methods and technical project management.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
- Ability to work in a superflex roster (including working weekends) and travel to customer sites.
