What you will do

• Write high-performance, testable, and maintainable code to implement new functionality.
• Analyze and estimate implementation efforts for complex technical tasks.
• Contribute to monitoring and improving application stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex software problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with PHP (Symfony/Laravel) in server-side development.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production environments.
• Solid understanding of design patterns (Clean/Onion/Hexagonal) and SOLID principles.
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and messaging services like NATS.
• Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Tempo, Loki, OTEL, and Prometheus.
• Experience working with high-load systems.
