Project Manager (PropTech)

Location: Remote, associated with the London office; option to work abroad is available.

What you will do

• Plan and manage software projects, coordinating development, testing, and other delivery teams.
• Assess risks and issues, solve problems, and prioritise work throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer communications and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage commercial client matters, including contract changes, purchase orders, and billing milestones.
• Translate client requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Conduct functional testing and manage defect tracking and resolution for client user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for regular client and stakeholder contact.
• Experience with productivity applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong organisation, planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in a technical or software development environment.
• Experience in social housing or local government.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
