What you will do

• Own the end-to-end contact strategy and debtor modeling.
• Develop and ship machine learning models that run in production and impact business metrics.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with the team to refine AI agent decision-making processes.
• Drive business-level outcomes through rigorous statistical analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience shipping ML models in production.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Strong background in statistics and probability.
• Ability to translate complex models into actionable business decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona.
