HR Advisor

What you will do

• Provide pragmatic advice to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability issues.
• Manage ER cases proactively, including drafting documentation and conducting investigations.
• Analyze ER metrics to identify root causes and implement process improvements.
• Coach managers to ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policy.
• Collaborate with the site HRBP to build leadership capability through workshops and coaching.
• Represent HR in the Employee Communications Council to support engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in generalist HR and hands-on employee relations.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing managers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Must be able to work onsite in Tewkesbury, UK.
• Flexibility to support across varied shift patterns.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification (Minimum Level 5) or related degree.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
