Working Student Marketplace (Ecommerce): Supporting the expansion of a new marketplace business by onboarding strategically relevant sellers with an accent on lead pipeline building and process optimization. Focus on identifying market trends, creating seller training materials, and improving onboarding workflows.

Location: Hybrid (Munich, Germany). Must be based in Munich or be able to commute to the office (60% office/40% home).

Salary: 16 EUR per hour

What you will do

• Identify promising new sellers and evaluate their product portfolios to build a strong lead pipeline.
• Analyze market and category trends to propose improvements to the product assortment.
• Manage the full seller recruitment journey and guide new partners through the onboarding process.
• Create engaging training materials for sellers, including YouTube tutorials and PDF guides.
• Review and redesign existing processes to eliminate pain points and increase efficiency.
• Investigate seller issues and coordinate solutions with internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student with at least 12 months of studies remaining (Business Administration or related field).
• Available to work minimum 20 hours per week for at least one year.
• Fluency in English.
• Good experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German or French.
