What you will do

• Develop and validate machining and fabrication processes for rotating and structural engine components.
• Execute New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype build to production readiness.
• Create and maintain manufacturing routings, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve manufacturability and perform tolerance analysis.
• Provide technical shop-floor support and manage interactions with external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or propulsion manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in machining rotating and structural engine components.
• Experience with NPI and prototype builds in production environments.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems and CNC programming for toolpath development.
