What you will do

• Assemble, test, and inspect IMU products following approved SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform precision mechanical and electronic assembly using specialized tools and equipment.
• Conduct fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair activities on products and test systems.
• Maintain accurate build records, test results, and production asset tracking.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment adhering to 5S and HSE standards.

Requirements

• Advanced Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 4/5, or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production environment with high-precision test equipment.
• Proven experience in assembly, testing, and inspection within a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with ESD-controlled environments and precision assembly techniques.
• English proficiency is required for all roles.
