What you will do

• Define and lead the overall test strategy for turbofan development programs, including capability analysis of test means.
• Oversee the planning and execution of all test campaigns, including component, module, core engine, and certification tests.
• Validate data-processing methodologies and approve test reports to ensure consistency with V&V plans and compliance matrices.
• Manage engine test cells and ground test infrastructure, proposing adaptations as required.
• Represent the test function before OEMs, platforms, and key stakeholders.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary test organization while mentoring and developing the team.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engine testing within turbofan propulsion or similar complex engineered systems.
• Proven experience with civil and/or military certification frameworks (EASA, FAA, EMAR).
• Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale test campaigns such as FETT and endurance testing.
• Strong technical authority in engine performance, mechanical systems, and control.
• Ability to manage high-pressure, high-risk testing environments.
