About the Role

You will own the website from roadmap to delivery and improve its performance as an acquisition channel. You will analyze customer behavior, prioritize website improvements, build landing pages, run experiments, manage tracking, and turn performance data into actionable learnings.

Requirements

• Experience owning a website end to end in a Website, Web Growth, or CRO role at a top-tier startup
• Proven track record of improving conversion through structured experimentation
• Advanced proficiency with CRO tools, including AB Tasty, Clarity, and GTM
• Deep interest in financial services
• Native-level English fluency
• Outstanding communication and editorial skills
• Strong autonomy and strategic thinking skills
• Advanced command of AI tools, including Claude Code
• Experience at a top-tier B2B or B2C fintech company
• Experience in multiple European markets

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and journeys using web analytics, heatmapping tools, and sales-call insights
• Own and prioritize the website roadmap, including new pages, redesigns, and structural improvements
• Manage website delivery with design and engineering
• Build high-impact landing pages and adapt messaging for local markets
• Own and enrich the experimentation roadmap
• Develop hypotheses, prioritize tests, and manage technical delivery
• Manage the tagging plan and ensure accurate funnel conversion tracking
• Monitor traffic, conversion, page speed, and website performance
