What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for customer-facing experiences.
• Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality enhancements through agile processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, user workflows, and marketplace engagement.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize growth.
• Monitor key performance metrics including conversion, feature utilization, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 years of product management experience with customer-facing digital products.
• Proven experience driving product-led growth (PLG), user acquisition, and retention.
• Strong background in managing product roadmaps and working in agile environments.
• Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
