What you will do

• Prepare Net Asset Value (NAV) packages, financial statements, and associated reports for clients.
• Accurately process fund transactions and manage the payment of fund expenses via banking systems.
• Liaise with investment managers, brokers, and auditors to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Execute capital call and distribution processes for PE clients and custody processes for FoHF clients.
• Ensure all deliverables and client queries are handled according to SLAs and SOC1 operational controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, regulatory reporting, and banking.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education with a concentration in finance or accounting (preferred).
• Experience in the fund administration industry or finance profession (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in or completion of a professional accounting designation (e.g., CA, ACCA, CFA).
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund accounting software such as Geneva, Investran, or Yardi.
• Working knowledge of Bloomberg or similar market indices software.
