NOC Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Monitor internal and production systems and escalate issues to level two engineers.
• Resolve trouble tickets by collaborating with Engineering, Support, and QA teams.
• Document detailed problem descriptions and perform accurate system diagnoses.
• Maintain operations documentation, including support guides and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in shift handovers to maintain continuous operational visibility.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a Network Operations Center (NOC) or operations environment.
• Proficiency with Linux command line.
• Experience with Bash, Python, or other Linux scripting languages.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios preferred) and ticketing systems (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).
• US citizenship required.
