What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Act as a full stack "seed" to champion AI-augmented practices and mentor peers across the organization.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Proactively identify and resolve efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and engineering processes.
• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of professional experience owning end-to-end projects in production.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
• High proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar).
• Must be based in Asia.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or an AI-related major.

Nice to have

• Deep React engineering expertise, including component architecture and state management.
• Experience with high-concurrency programming and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Familiarity with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of frontend performance systems and critical path optimization.
