What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of features using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Design and iterate on production systems, focusing on latency, reliability, and cost.
• Build self-serve onboarding and integrations with CRM, ERP, and core banking systems.
• Develop internal tools and AI-driven automations to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with a high-bar engineering team to ship production-ready code.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and scaling production software.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design, run, and debug real production systems.
• Strong ownership mindset: taking problems from design to production.
• Critical approach to using AI tools for code generation and development.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Previous experience in AI/ML projects or startup environments.
