What you will do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and condition monitoring for production and facility systems.
• Support equipment installations, commissioning, utilities connections, and tooling preparation.
• Maintain facility systems, including HVAC, power distribution, and safety systems like sprinklers.
• Manage spare parts and coordinate external service activities using CMMS systems.
• Identify safety risks and quality concerns to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school or secondary school diploma.
• 1-2 years of related technical experience.
• Technical knowledge of mechatronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical schematics, manuals, and documentation.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift under time-sensitive conditions.
• Must be available for physical presence during scheduled shifts in Kaunas.

Nice to have

• Vocational/technical certification in engineering, mechatronics, or automation.
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
• Familiarity with Lean, TPM, or Six-Sigma methodologies.
• Certifications for forklift, EPT, man-up, or aerial work platforms.
• Experience with HVAC and power distribution systems.
