What you will do

• Develop and troubleshoot cyber security software for large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) systems.
• Design and implement new security architectures adhering to Zero Trust standards.
• Build and manage containerized applications on Linux distributions.
• Implement and optimize microservice architectures for critical infrastructure.
• Provide cyber engineering expertise during technical reviews and product engineering efforts.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is strictly required for the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Java, with experience in parallelization and performance optimization.
• Practical experience developing containerized applications and managing them on Linux.
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture and networking.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management using Helm.
• Experience developing and debugging applications directly on Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with network reconnaissance, traffic analysis, and deep packet inspection.
• Knowledge of boost asio, grpc, or pcap++.
• Experience analyzing and securing embedded devices.
