What you will do

• Manage IFS (BOM) system and maintain product structures.
• Create and maintain part numbers according to company nomenclature.
• Support mechanical design engineers with technical documentation and organization.
• Maintain product data management systems to ensure accurate information flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing.
• Work with external suppliers and partners to source components and materials.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering support or a similar role.
• Experience with BOM management and ERP or product data management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; no sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in IFS.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of busbar products and manufacturing processes.
