What you will do

• Support safety, EMC/EMI, wireless, battery, and international product compliance activities.
• Execute and analyze hands-on pre-compliance and certification testing.
• Create and maintain technical files, declarations, and test protocols.
• Collaborate with product development teams to assess compliance risks.
• Work with external laboratories and certification agencies.
• Participate in risk assessments and identify mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or physical science.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in engineering, compliance, or product testing.
• Experience with hands-on testing and technical documentation.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to assess design risks and understand compliance requirements.
• Must be able to work fully onsite in Loveland, CO.

Nice to have

• Exposure to IEC 61010, IEC 61326-1, or related standards.
• Experience working with external certification bodies.
• Knowledge of electronics, circuits, or instrumentation design.
