Salary: $170,000 – $253,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with technical leaders to shape and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Translate business needs and stakeholder input into a prioritized backlog with clear specifications.
• Build trusted relationships across a complex landscape including Security, Legal, Finance, and HR.
• Facilitate discovery conversations to surface needs, pain points, and priorities.
• Define and track success metrics for products to monitor health and surface risks proactively.
• Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, and roadmap direction to all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of product management experience in a technology environment.
• Proven experience owning a product backlog and driving a roadmap end-to-end.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams and influence executive audiences.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in the United States.
• Ability to perform requirements gathering and documentation independently.

Nice to have

• Background in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology products.
• Familiarity with AI, cloud, or emerging enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience creating visual artifacts such as data flows, architecture diagrams, or lightweight prototypes.
