TL;DR

Consultant, Global Market Access & Pricing (Pharma): Leading analyses and project workstreams across research, data analysis, and financial modeling to optimize pricing and market access for life sciences clients with an accent on strategic decision-making and client deliverables. Focus on designing launch sequences for ATMPs and orphan drugs and implementing AI-enabled analytical tools.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Flexible working: remote or from satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan.

What you will do

  • Lead research, data analysis, and financial modeling for pricing and market access project workstreams.
  • Translate market insights and evidence into client-ready deliverables to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate project execution, track progress, and manage communications with client counterparts.
  • Deepen expertise in pricing, reimbursement, and access within the life sciences sector.
  • Utilize AI-enabled capabilities and price-management software to create grounded strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Market Access & Pricing, management consulting, or analytical pharma roles.
  • Mandatory fluency in French and English.
  • Strong quantitative foundation with the ability to structure complex problems into business implications.
  • Confidence with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Based in or able to work from Ireland or EU satellite offices (London, Berlin, Milan).

Nice to have

  • Local market experience in France or broader global MA&P experience.
  • Exposure to the US market.
  • PhD or equivalent advanced degree.
