What you will do

• Set the global strategy and priorities for Coaching Services, translating business goals into actionable plans and targets.
• Lead and develop the Coaching Services leadership team and a large, geographically distributed coach community.
• Design the size, shape, location, and capabilities of the global coach network to meet demand and future growth.
• Establish and maintain coaching quality standards, performance frameworks, and governance across regions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Delivery leaders to ensure operational decisions are scalable and commercially sound.
• Represent the function with strategic customers and support major sales opportunities and complex programs.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of senior leadership experience in coaching, learning, talent, professional services, or tech-enabled services.
• Proven track record in global operations, workforce planning, and scalable service delivery.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and building engagement across freelancer networks.
• Strong commercial judgement and credibility when dealing with senior customers and complex sales.
• Ability to lead effectively within a fast-moving and evolving organization.
• Must be based in London, New York, or Toronto.
