What you will do

• Lead kick-off calls to outline processes and manage customer expectations during onboarding.
• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process and ensure all customer training is completed.
• Coordinate internal resources for hardware installation, billing cycles, and payment processing setup.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding implementation status and timelines.
• Manage customer records in CRM and web-based tools to track project progress.
• Optimize the timeframe from sales closure to active system utilization to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in the Golf Industry or being an avid golfer.
• Proven experience managing customer expectations via phone and email.
• Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Must be based in Montreal to comply with the hybrid office requirement (3 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience in the retail or hospitality industries.
