What you will do

• Lead a team of procurement professionals delivering sourcing and category management for technology, software, voice, and security services.
• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals, customer requirements, and risk management.
• Drive sourcing initiatives including RFPs, complex negotiations, supplier selection, and contract management.
• Build and manage savings pipelines to enhance long-term cost reduction and commercial competitiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Sales, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, innovation, and ESG objective delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology, software, IT, or telecommunications procurement within a large organization.
• Strong commercial acumen and advanced negotiation skills.
• Broad understanding of technology products, supplier markets, and commercial models.
• Demonstrated expertise in category management, sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience in contracting, risk management, and supplier governance.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CIPS or equivalent.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, global matrix environments.
