Salary: $115,000 – $165,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day strategy and management of Olympic and Paralympic partnerships, including TOP Sponsors and USOPC.
• Negotiate with global rights holders, including OCOGs, NOCs, and athlete representatives, to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Develop integrated marketing and sponsorship activation plans across digital, social, PR, retail, and experiential channels.
• Mentor and manage junior account team members to ensure operational continuity and strategic growth.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to establish partnership KPIs, measurement frameworks, and ROI reporting.
• Proactively identify new commercial opportunities and athlete talent strategies to drive account growth.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in sports marketing, brand partnerships, sponsorship consulting, or agency leadership.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing high-stakes Olympics and Paralympic partnerships.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline.
• Must be based in New York or Los Angeles.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work non-standard hours as required by major sporting events.
• Expertise in global sports governance and athlete marketing regulations.
