What you will do

• Rethink QA methodologies and skillsets to account for AI-generated code, including evaluation methodologies and coverage metrics.
• Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of Quality Engineers, owning hiring and career ladders.
• Own an AI-driven technical quality architecture, including test data strategies for PHI-constrained environments and CI/CD gate design.
• Establish release quality standards, exit criteria, and defect triage protocols to balance velocity with production confidence.
• Partner with platform and MLE teams to integrate AI/LLM evaluation methodology into the delivery pipeline.
• Represent quality to executive leadership and regulators using meaningful, auditable metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software quality engineering experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role and 2+ years driving strategy in an AI-accelerated development environment.
• Track record of building or transforming a quality function at scale (org and role design).
• Experience evaluating AI-generated tests for correctness of intent and coverage fidelity.
• Must be based in the US.
• Experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA is strongly preferred.
