What you will do

• Lead RWD curation pipeline operations, integrating agentic workflows and AI to ensure accuracy and drive efficiencies.
• Create a multi-year strategy for RWD acquisition and management to support regulatory submissions and clinical evidence generation.
• Architect and maintain a scalable platform for ingesting and harmonizing complex datasets including EHR, claims, and imaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs to meet scientific and commercial objectives.
• Oversee the translation of raw RWD into research-ready, regulatory-grade datasets following OMOP or industry-standard models.
• Manage the RWD department budget and lead a team of clinical informaticists and data analysts.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 12+ years of experience in clinical informatics, specifically with EHR, claims, and oncology data.
• 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with Python, R, and/or SQL.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare ontologies (ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT, LOINC, RxNorm) and NLP for data curation.
• Must be based in the US and eligible to work under US Federal Employment Laws.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting real-world evidence FDA submissions or payer dossiers.
• Clinical background (MD, NP, RN) or degree in health informatics.
• Experience with cloud-based data environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working with health systems on data licensing and ingestion projects.
