What you will do

• Co-lead research design and analytical strategies for RCTs, pragmatic trials, observational studies, and registries.
• Develop and execute complex analysis strategies and author technical reports, abstracts, and manuscripts.
• Build and optimize analytical pipelines to ensure high-quality, reproducible research with statistical rigor.
• Provide statistical expertise to cross-functional teams, coordinating scope and timelines for deliverables.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and provide statistical consultation to R&D and commercial labs.
• Champion the adoption of AI-enabled analytical tools and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in statistics, mathematics, computational methods, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
• Expertise in R, SAS, or other statistical software packages.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional product development teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both technical and non-technical domains.

Nice to have

• Additional degree or training in biochemistry, molecular biology, or immunology.
• Experience using optimal experimental design techniques.
• Experience managing or mentoring professional staff at senior and junior levels.
