What you will do

• Establish and drive the creative vision and design strategy across a portfolio of brands and product lines.
• Lead the development of innovative product concepts from ideation through commercialization.
• Partner with Consumer Insights and Marketing to identify emerging needs and growth platforms.
• Mentor and coach a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Packaging, and global manufacturing partners to ensure design intent.
• Present product strategies and line plans to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive product design experience bringing consumer products to market.
• Proven track record of leading teams through the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing, costing, engineering, and development processes.
• Experience managing multiple brands or product portfolios simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting to senior executive audiences.
• Location: Must be based in El Segundo, California
