What you will do

• Layout and produce branded marketing materials including brochures, email blasts, and proposals.
• Design tailored print and digital collateral to bring property stories to life.
• Format research data into visually compelling infographics, charts, and market reports.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to determine effective design strategies.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies and print vendors for project production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing.
• 1+ years of experience in a formal design environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be able to work onsite in the Phoenix office.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
