Salary: $112,500 – $130,100 annually

What you will do

• Lead illustration for branded campaigns, sponsorable content, and product-focused marketing initiatives.
• Develop visual concepts and narrative systems that bring hirify.global's brand and IP to life.
• Art direct and guide other illustrators and creative partners to produce high-quality, on-brand work.
• Partner with creative, marketing, and sales stakeholders to align visual work with business goals.
• Define scalable illustration approaches, toolkits, and repeatable systems for ongoing initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate exploration, iteration, and production while maintaining a strong creative POV.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in illustration, brand design, or campaign-focused visual storytelling.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong narrative thinking and a wide aesthetic range.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Experience leading illustration for high-visibility commercial work and guiding other designers.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Santa Monica office on a hybrid schedule.

• Familiarity with illustration within product or UI environments.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into a professional creative workflow.
