What you will do

• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes across platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Track hardware and software assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle IT support tickets including password resets and application installations.
• Create and update technical documentation and how-to guides in Notion.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT team, including shipping label creation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico with current work authorization.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Experience with knowledge base platforms like Notion.
