What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery and realized outcomes for a specific subset of healthcare provider customers.
• Architect and code novel agentic solutions using internal AI systems and CLI-based tools.
• Identify customer pain points and create strategic roadmaps to solve operational problems.
• Manage the full lifecycle from customer discovery and onboarding to production operation.
• Instrument, monitor, and improve the reliability of shipped AI systems based on production data.
• Mentor newer builders and advocate for advanced agentic techniques within the squad.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, ML, or technical product management.
• Demonstrated AI-native fluency using tools like Claude Code in the terminal as the primary working environment.
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining reliable production-grade solutions.
• Ability to work directly with customers to translate business conversations into technical decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex concepts.
• Capacity to teach and support less senior teammates to raise the bar for squad deliverables.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or patient-facing products.
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, MCP-based tool integrations, or agentic systems.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, or FedRAMP compliance.
• Experience with EHR integrations (Epic, athena, eClinicalWorks, NextGen) or CCaaS integrations.
• Skill in writing evaluations and quality benchmarks for LLM-driven systems.
