Senior Data Integration Engineer (BMC Helix): Designing and delivering a stable, scalable, near real-time data replication solution for a Nordic financial group with an accent on data architecture, pipeline reliability, and data quality. Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk or Warszawa (at least 3 days per week from the office), including monthly visits to Gdańsk.

Salary: 1200 - 1500 PLN/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Design and build a scalable, near real-time BMC Helix data replication solution.
• Develop and maintain data architecture to ensure collection integrity and high quality.
• Create, test, and maintain robust data pipelines.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues for continuous system improvement.
• Collaborate within a SAFe Scrum Team with high autonomy.
• Provide expert recommendations to IT and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar data integration role.
• Proven experience with IT Service Management data integrations (BMC Helix preferred).
• Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL preferred), Python, and Apache Airflow.
• Expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL processes (SSIS, Snowflake), and version control.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo or Jenkins.
• English: C1 level fluency required.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Proven experience in IT Service Management.
