What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data models for credit and financial data processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and manage data mappings and integrations between multiple systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, traceability, and auditability across the solution landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams on end-to-end design.
• Support process optimization and automation using AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data modeling and solution design.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with data integration, transformation, and mapping.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kafka and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Java development and Data Warehouse concepts.
• Experience in banking, finance, or regulatory reporting environments.
• Experience using AI tools for documentation or development support.
