Assembly Technician

Location: Must be based in Boulder, CO, USA (Onsite role)

Salary: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform optical assembly, alignment, and adhesive curing for laser systems.
• Operate robotic dispensing equipment for bonding opto-mechanical subassemblies.
• Conduct optical metrology measurements using hand and computer-operated tools.
• Maintain cleanroom Class 5 environment standards and follow safety protocols.
• Document assembly processes and suggest procedural improvements to engineering.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet shipment schedules, including occasional overtime.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is not available).
• Must be able to work onsite in Boulder, CO.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling sensitive optics.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must meet ITAR requirements for handling sensitive information.
