What you will do

• Buff, polish, grind, and perform repairs on endoscopic surgical instruments.
• Perform surface treatment, coating, red-wheeling, and bead blasting.
• Repair, replace, and realign components to complete full instrument refurbishment.
• Evaluate, adjust, and test instrumentation for quality assurance.
• Maintain daily work logs and ensure the work area is kept clean.
• Comply with all applicable ISO and FDA regulations and SOP training requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic mathematical skills including fractions, decimals, and ratios.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including handling delicate instruments and reaching.
• Must be able to work onsite in Hazelwood, Missouri.

Nice to have

• Six months of experience in instrument refurbishing.
• Previous experience with machining or handling delicate metal instruments.
