What you will do

• Repair, refurbish, and clean BiPolar surgical instruments.
• Perform buffing, polishing, grinding, and apply surface treatments and coatings.
• Conduct red-wheeling and bead blasting as required.
• Replace and realign components to achieve full refurbishment of instrumentation.
• Evaluate, adjust, and test instruments to ensure operational quality.
• Maintain daily work logs and adhere to ISO and FDA regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Hazelwood, Missouri.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively within the organization.
• Basic mathematical skills, including working with fractions, decimals, and percentages.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with machining or handling delicate metal instruments.
• Six months of refurbishment experience.
• Successful completion of Technician I BiPolar Basic Repair training.
