What you will do

• Manage the intake and processing of contract adjustments from submission through order booking.
• Provision purchased subscriptions and entitlements in the platform, verifying configuration accuracy.
• Validate deal requests against internal policies and route transactions for review.
• Maintain complete and accurate quoting records to support downstream reporting.
• Monitor open deal queues and escalate blockers to ensure timely close dates.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end close checklists, including deal audits and reconciliation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Deal, Sales, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• Demonstrated experience quoting in Salesforce CRM and at least one CPQ platform.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of SaaS deal structures, subscription pricing models, and contract fundamentals.
• Ability to operate independently and apply new processes in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
