What you will do
- Conduct retirement readiness reviews and deliver one-on-one and group presentations for targeted participants.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the assigned territory or employer-sponsored plans.
- Run virtual and on-site meetings using appropriate technologies; manage meeting schedules and travel booking.
- Create and execute business plans and tactics to support retirement income objectives and achieve targets.
- Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required information to meet regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal service and management teams and participate in external client meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in South Carolina and available to travel within the state as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience; 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Strong presentation skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations required within the established timeline (current registrations strongly preferred); FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.
- Strong relationship-building and territory management skills; ability to work independently.
