• Conduct analysis and develop recommendations for retail operational improvement initiatives.
• Execute financial and operational modeling, conduct interviews, and deliver client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal experts and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, written analyses, and other high-impact client deliverables.
• Assist in practice growth through marketing, client pitches, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of related consulting experience OR an MBA with prior retail industry experience.
• Expertise in retail functions such as direct sourcing, consumer analytics, digital commerce, or omni operations.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data to develop insights.
• Legal right to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel to client sites approximately 80% of the time.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
