What you will do

• Collaborate with the Retail Performance Improvement team and client personnel to achieve engagement objectives.
• Execute financial modeling, operational strategy development, and revenue growth analysis.
• Manage junior team members across various consulting tasks, including modeling and client presentations.
• Lead the preparation of high-quality refined reports, written analyses, and other client deliverables.
• Develop and lead innovative retail service offerings tailored for retail and consumer clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 9+ years of experience in management consulting with a retail focus, or 12+ years of combined retail industry and consulting experience.
• Expertise in retail, direct-to-consumer, or consumer goods environments.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analyzing large volumes of financial and operational data (specifically in Excel).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in Boston, MA.
• Ability to travel to clients as required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and Python.
• Proficiency in MS Access.
