Business Development Manager (Cyprus) at
We're building the infrastructure that makes hiring and paying global teams effortless—even in the markets where most providers don't operate. Our goal isn't to improve global payroll; it's to make it disappear as a problem for businesses altogether.
We're growing fast and looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us scale our product across different markets. It's an opportunity to work closely with leadership, build strong client relationships, and help companies scale their remote workforce with seamless international payment solutions.
What you’d own
Acquiring B2B clients in target markets (Gamedev, iGaming, FinTech)
Build relationships with HRDs, CFOs, Heads of Ops — the people who actually have the burnout and the budget.
The full sales cycle: lead gen, qualification, negotiation, close.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, international payroll regulations, and competitive landscape.
Represent the company at industry trade events, conferences, and online forums.
Who we’re hiring
5+ years in B2B sales or business development — fintech, SaaS, payments, gaming, or HR tech.
A real network in Gamedev/ iGaming/ Fintech industry. Not “I know people” — relationships you can call this week.
Track record of going 0 → 1 in a segment.
Solid grasp of global contractor payments or cross-border finance — enough to talk to a CFO about it.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-directed. Comfortable in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
Fluent in English.
Based in Cyprus.
