What you will do

• Design high-quality interactive experiences across mobile (iOS/Android) and web.
• Lead projects from creative conception through production and release.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define strategy and growth roadmaps.
• Provide feedback and direction to other designers to maintain high quality.
• Evaluate and improve design processes and contribute to the hirify.global Design System.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Significant experience with end-to-end product design for consumer-facing products.
• Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and mentor other designers.
• Experience building and shipping mobile or web applications.
• Portfolio featuring examples of design work is required.
