What you will do

• Maintain day-to-day operations for servers, storage, networking, and AV systems across data centers and corporate environments.
• Install, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on technical equipment for corporate and live-event settings.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and RF distribution issues during critical meetings and time-sensitive live events.
• Deploy, support, and track equipment at venues, mobile production units, and temporary event locations.
• Collaborate with IT, production, and facilities teams to deliver technology refreshes and infrastructure improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including support runbooks and signal-flow diagrams.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or technical operations.
• Must be based on-site in Orlando, Florida.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols, virtualization platforms, server hardware, and storage systems.
• Experience with AV-over-IP, RF distribution, video routing, and conference room technology.
• Ability to travel for event assignments and work on-call rotations (nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Physical ability to lift, move, rack, and cable technical equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting broadcast media or sports production.
• Knowledge of OTT platforms and digital video workflows.
• Experience with enterprise storage platforms like NetApp or Dell EMC.
• Relevant technical certifications or a bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science.
