What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and deployment of machine learning, GenAI, and Agentic models tailored to business use cases.
• Drive the development of agentic AI systems, including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous task-execution pipelines.
• Mature AIOps (MLOps & LLMOps) capabilities, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring frameworks.
• Identify high-value use cases across business functions and maintain an enterprise AI roadmap.
• Execute the organization's AI governance framework, focusing on risk management, fairness, privacy, and security.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of AI practitioners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, etc.).
• 6-8 years of progressive experience in data science and AI/ML engineering.
• 1+ years of experience with generative AI and Agentic systems.
• 4+ years of experience in a people leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering production AI/ML systems at enterprise scale.
• Experience establishing MLOps/LLMOps practices.
