Salary: $57.81 - $67.50/hr

What you will do

• Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic technique and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules and other regulatory agencies.
• Review orders and prescriptions for admixing and dispensing.
• Resolve order discrepancies and provide after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
• Supervise IV technicians and interns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs and perform quality control functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or PharmD required.
• Valid Pharmacist license in Illinois (IL) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related professional experience.
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift schedule including one weekend per month.
• Full working knowledge of professional pharmacy practices and procedures.
