What you will do

• Supervise and lead the pharmacy production team, particularly during weekend shifts, to maintain a productive work environment.
• Drive OTIF (On-Time In-Full) metrics to ensure daily production targets and timely product dispatch are met.
• Optimize dispensing workflows to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and prescription completion speed.
• Implement and enforce robust quality control procedures to ensure patient safety and minimize errors.
• Manage resource allocation, including staff, equipment, and inventory levels, to prevent shortages.
• Ensure strict compliance with GPhC standards, company SOPs, and data protection guidelines like GDPR.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a lean operational environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in data analysis and general IT skills.
• Flexibility to work predominantly weekend hours (Wednesday - Sunday, 8am-4pm).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and patient safety.
